My Music Experience

MUSIC CREATION & PRODUCTION

2019 - Present Day

Peter is an active songwriter and also working with other musicians and songwriters on composing and writing. He produced an EP for a Zimbwawe band called Limpopo Groove which was released online through Peter's digital label, 12 Note Records.

MUSIC EDUCATION

1992 - Present Day

Peter has been a guitar teacher since 1997 and has taught hundreds of students to pass the London College of Music Electric Guitar Grades over this time. In 2008, Peter founded a music education project called Reading Rock Academy (which became a registered charity in 2014 called The Rock Academy Foundation). Peter is always active in music education and created many after school programmes for the local schools to help the next generation of musicians.

LIVE PERFORMANCES

2016 - Present Day

Peter Doyle is a live looping artist aka The Live Looper since 2016 and played local community festivals such as Reading Fringe Festival (2019) Are You Listening Festival (2022) , Water Fest (2022) Down at the Abbey Festival (2021). Peter also played at Glastonbuty Festival in 2022.

In addition to these, Peter has also played and collaborated with musician in his home town of Reading in Berkshire.

2008 - Present Day

Peter is an experienced social media and marketing professional and has employed theses skills in many live music events, competitions and showcases during the last 15 years. He has successfully run large battle of bands competition, with a music industry professionals, raising money for charities and encouraging the next generations of musicians and songwriters.

Timeline of Music Projects

2024 - Studying Film Music Composition at Guildhall School of Music
2024 -Founding member, 'Harmonic Motion' - Original Music composition project launched live in Reading in January and will existing online with visuals and animation.
2023 - Abstract Art Exhibition - Music Composition Project - Devised and implement any opportunity for local music composers to write a creative response to abstract art on display at John Madjeski Art Gallery in Reading Museum. Music was access by QR Codes adjacent to the artwork
